Marc Francès

Marc Frances holds a degree in Law and Labor Relations from UPF and a Master’s in Global Management from Antwerp Management School. He began his career at the French bank BNP Paribas before joining the Danish multinational ISS.
He joined Group Marlex in 2022 from Spencer Stuart, where he specialized in the selection and succession of CEOs and board members, as well as in supporting executive committees and leaders through change processes.
