Jhosef Arias is a 37-year-old Peruvian chef who currently lives in Spain – Madrid, a city where he owns a gastronomic group with which he promotes the cuisine of our country abroad. After opening Piscomar and exceeding the expectations he set in his first year, in 2015 Arias opened Callao 24, which, as he mentioned for Agencia Andina, was a tribute to his mother for her influence on Creole food. And so on he opened 4 more stores, Hasaku, Humo Goya, Humo Cuzco and ADN.
