I started as a barista in Italy, entering the world of coffee through Latte Art. This led me to deepen my knowledge of coffee through various courses while always maintaining my passion for Latte Art. I have competed in several championships, achieving great results: 3rd place in Canada (2017) and AGS champion in Spain (2022-2024). I now focus on training, collaborating with coffee shops, and helping improve their products and employee skills.
