We present the main conclusions of the Digitalization Report in the Restoration Sector, prepared by the Basque Culinary Center and Techfood Consult, with the collaboration of HIP and Marcas de Restauración. We analyze the state of the digital transformation process of the restaurants in Spain, the main demands and the next challenges, as well as the forecasts of the future in relation to the integral digitalization of the restoration businesses.
