From HIP Horeca Professional Expo we believe in a more honest and sustainable management of food. That is why we destine all the food left over from our event to the Food Bank, so that it can reach people in need of food. We want to contribute locally, as well as globally. In this session, Eva Hausmann will receive the food left over from the event, we will make the delivery to the Food Bank and we will do a showwcooking of waste with some of these products.
