> Save on RENFE Train Tickets

Hospitality Innovation Planet attendees travelling by train  can take advantage of discounts for all train tickets with an origin or destination of Madrid. The discount will be available on one-way or return trip routes within Spain.

Save on ‘Flexi’ fares by booking online using the steps below:

1. Click here for the RENFE booking site. Enter your departure and destination cities, as well as the dates of travel. Click ‘buy’.
2. On the result page, click on the link to access more purchase options
3. Select options marked as Flexible Tariff (or ‘Flexi’ fares which are marked with an ‘F’ in a square). Click continue.
4. At the next screen, select “Congresos y Eventos” (Congresses & Events) from the options shown.
5. Enter the HIP Discount Code in the Authorisation Number field. Click the button to recalculate the price of the tickets, and the discounted price will appear.
6. Finalise your purchase by entering your name, identification, payment, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must print and show the voucher attached here when checking in to receive the discount. Additionally, you may be required to show it to the train staff upon request.
