Perfect Restaurant Project is a cycle of keynotes, talks and discussion tables in which the best management of individual establishments or small restaurant chains is discussed analyzing the design of concept, marketing, experience, training or sustainability.

The ultimate goal is to be able to write a document as a white paper in which Ceo’s, owners, chefs, maitres, sommeliers, critics, international consultants, interior designers, experts and prestigious professionals define the sector with a choral vision of the current business and of the tendencies of more impact of its surroundings to manage a Perfect Restaurant.
