The II European Congress of Law and Gastronomy held in the framework of HIP – Horeca Professional Expo (February 18-20, 2019 in Madrid – IFEMA) aims to provide gastronomy, together with the entire industry that surrounds it, of a careful analysis from the legal point of view for its proper organization, systematization and normative articulation.

It is organized by Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo in collaboration with the Real Academia de Gastronomía (Royal Academy of Gastronomy) and FACYRE.

In the first edition of the European Congress of Law and Gastronomy issues such as the copyright of a recipe, labor aspects of the gastronomic activity, food safety and quality or the incorporation of gastronomy to the education system were discussed and the Minister of Justice D. Rafael Catalá inaugurated the day.
