Rafael Ansón
President of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain for 40 years, he is currently President of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy, Honorary President of the International Academy, President of the European Community of New Gastronomy and President of the European Association of Law and Gastronomy.
Most of his professional activity has been dedicated to the field of communication and political consultancy, being General Director of RTVE during the Transition and advisor to President Adolfo Suárez.
