PhD in Social Entrepreneurship in Gastronomy from the University of Deusto, he is the founder of the strategic consulting agency TOB (Thinking Outside the Bottle), specializing in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship processes, primarily in Food & Beverages.

In addition to his experience in Marketing, Sales, and Innovation, he mentors startups related to the wine industry. For several years, he has been an Associate Professor at the Basque Culinary Center, Deusto Business School, and Burgundy School of Business (Dijon, France).
