Tandem Gastronómico

Born in Córdoba (Arg), she studied cooking in Mendoza and traveled to Spain. In 2013, together with Germán Carrizo, she created Tándem Gastronómico, from where they offer advice and training for professionals in the restaurant industry. Then came Fierro, her gastronomic restaurant, which in 2021 received its first Michelin Star, being Carito the first Argentine woman to receive such recognition. The group is completed by Doña Petrona (2016), La Central de Postres (2017) and Petite Brioche (2021).
