The arrival of COVID began to set a new standard in bars, restaurants and all types of food services: the digital menu. Viewing and interacting with the offer in a pdf or on the web from a computer, tablet or mobile phone by scanning a QR code is becoming a new habit that is perhaps here to stay (and spread). This begs the question: what is the future of the digital menu? What new functions will it fulfil? Will it offer information on the origin of the ingredients or the carbon footprint? Will it adapt to each person who looks at it? Will it allow us to order by voice commands? When? These are some of the questions that will be debated at an interesting round table with technology developers, moderated by a hotelier who is an expert in digitalisation.
