Entrepreneur from the world of Marketing. Together with his wife, he founded the Crepes and Texas Agency, which today is part of the international consulting firm MAKING SCIENCE. In 2017, together with his partner Jorge Blas, he founded the chain of Neapolitan pizzerias Grosso Napoletano, which today has 9 establishments in Madrid and Valencia. At the end of 2020 he founded, together with Begoña, San Pedro Madreamiga by La Miguiña as a benchmark for artisan bakery in Madrid.
