The cross-border collaboration of our country is not only limited to Portugal since with France there are different points of convergence that must be investigated. Knowing the situation of tourism and French hospitality is an interesting point of view through projects such as «Fait Maison», a label that values traditional cooking methods and native products and recipes, as well as identifies proximity product and its contribution to sustainability. Likewise, cases of collaboration between territories and the Administration are addressed, as is the case with the GATURI-EFA338 / 19 project, in which five territories of Spain and France participate, which seeks to improve the competitiveness of the tourism and agri-food sector.
