In this Keynote we will learn wine selection criteria to design a competitive wine menu for a restaurant, according to its category and gastronomic offer, with varied price range and denominations of origin, ensuring a variety of types and vintages, rotation of references , information for the client or form for an attention based on excellence and how to generate upselling (suggested sales), based on pairings and suggestions to the client.
