It’s a fact: new generations of consumers are more and more concerned about eating healthy, safe and transparent. The traceability of food is a growing demand among consumers that, along with the need of labeling transaprency and the improvement of food safety. All together, it results into a growing need to adopt gastronomy to these trends, with nutritional education as the key to achieve it.
