Basque Culinary Center presents LABE – Digital Gastronomy Lab at HIP2019, a space for co-creation, exploration, experimentation and validation of new concepts, products, services and experiences, with technological and digital components, in the gastronomy and catering sector. It will bring together startups, industry and users. It was created with the aim of contributing to the active design of the future of the gastronomic value chain by catalyzing the digital transition of the sector.
