He arrived in Spain at the age of 9 and grew up in a shelter in Zaragoza, where he faced challenges that shaped his character and deepened his sensitivity toward hospitality. Later, in Santander, he discovered his true calling in the world of wine and gastronomy. He specialized in sommellerie and restaurant management at the Basque Culinary Center and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
