Chef with 20 years of experience. I worked in Michelin star restaurants such as Atrio and Ramón Freixa Madrid as well as in ultra-luxury boutique hotels for Aman resorts and Auberge resorts, on different islands in the British Caribbean such as Barbados, Anguilla or Turks and Caicos Islands as head chef and executive chef.
I also worked as executive chef at the first Relais&Chateaux in Romania for 3 years and I am currently immersed in my personal project, Lina restaurant, in Madrid
