I started in restaurant consulting when there were no specialized consultants. In 30 years in Horeca I have been directly responsible for more than 40 concept definitions and openings around the world. I founded Gstock (2013) because of my direct experience in operations (I founded and managed La Alpargatería). Gstock is a pioneering F&B business management software, designed to provide real solutions to the hotelier in their management digitalization process.
