Enrique Lezcano

He began his career in family-run restaurants and top-tier establishments. He joined the Kukuarri NH project alongside Martín Berasategui and Iñigo Lavado, and later the R&D&I department of Grupo VIPS, integrating gastronomy and profitability. He continued his career at Meliá Hotels International, where he rose to Director of F&B for the Spain region. He has collaborated with Cascajares, Zalacaín, the Casa de España in Morocco, and the academic sector, notably contributing to the development of the F&B Master’s program at BCC (2018) and completing training at Harvard (Science & Cooking). He is currently Head of F&B at Vincci Hoteles.
