Tania De Anta

Founder of the gastronomic consultancy Eating Stories, she has over 15 years of experience in the creation and management of brands across all continents. She specializes in advising foodservice companies on branding, management, and brand expansion; creating modern brand identities through disruptive methodologies and increasing the profitability of existing brands through analytics-driven and omnichannel management.

She is also involved in teaching at various universities and is the Director of the Master’s Degree in Gastronomic Marketing at the prestigious Hofmann School.
