Marta Adanez Almenara

Marta Adánez is the founder of MartaBot and co-founder of 55PlusHub. She is a professor and public educator focused on Artificial Intelligence applied to tourism and active longevity, with an initial background in Physics. Through 55PlusHub, she promotes “hotels of the future” for senior tourism by integrating agentic AI, automation, data, and department-by-department training. She led the pilot in Peniche (Vigo), applying AI in the kitchen (voice-based inventory, personalized menus, and automated costings/recipe costing sheets), improving efficiency and the senior guest experience.
