I am responsible for the planning, management, and full follow-up of each project, acting as the main link between the client and the multidisciplinary professionals involved. I coordinate operational consultancy, buffet design, equipment selection, team training, and sustainability solutions, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with each brand’s identity.
