All Speakers Speaker María Magdalena Villaseca Position: Food designer Company: Hofmann Since 2017, she has led her own studio in Barcelona as an industrial designer, chef, and creative consultant specializing in gastronomy and culinary experiences. She combines design, creative direction, and project management to develop innovative gastronomic concepts, where narrative and communication play a key role. In 2019, she drove gastronomic design initiatives at Disfrutar and Compartir. In addition, she has collaborated with projects such as Nomad Coffee, Une Ristorante, and Basque Culinary Center. In 2024, she led a project to open a restaurant in Copenhagen and was recognized as one of the 100 Young Talents of Spanish Gastronomy.
