Position:

General Director and promoter of the BCC, a pioneering centre at world level whose aim is higher education, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy and food. The centre was created with the support of public institutions, the most important chefs, private companies and MU. Graduated in Business Studies and Law and holds a PhD in Law from the UPV. He worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the UPV and as a lecturer and Vice-Rector of MU.
