Food Engineer and Nutritionist, specializing in research on Fermented Beverages. She has been working at the Alícia Foundation for over 10 years as Head of Research and Innovation Projects in Culinary Applications for Health, Dietary Restrictions, and Product Development, with a special focus on oncology treatment, dysphagia, and ageing. She also collaborates as a lecturer in the Department of Agri-Food Engineering at UPC and has research experience in the fields of nutrition and product development, as well as in community and hospital nutrition and collective catering in elderly homes.
