Eduard Ávila

Eduard defines himself as a chef. With 30 years of experience in the sector, he worked as Director of Production and Operations at Fira Barcelona for 15 years and as Executive Chef at GastroFira for 5 years. He now directs the Executive Chef Degree and the Design Creation & Strategy Degree at the CIB. He teaches at UAB, CETT-UB, and ESHOB. He also directs the Auténtica Premium Food Congress and is the host of the Executive Chef Club-HIP. Consultant. He shares his passion at conferences and seminars.
