Chairwoman of Retail Textile Association (ARTE) and Board Member of Eurocaja Rural. She is also Trustee of the Mutualidad de la Abogacía Foundation and the Francisco Luzón Foundation for ALS. With over 30 years of institutional leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, financial, fashion retail and non-profit sectors, she works on public affairs, sustainability and talent development. A pharmacist by training, she has completed executive programs at IESE, ESIC, Deusto Business School and ESADE, and is an ICF-accredited executive coach and mentor for women leaders and entrepreneurs.
