After specializing in restaurant pastry at Espaisucre, he developed his career in Zurich, working at Greulich and leading gastronomic projects with social impact at the Arbeitskette Foundation as head chef. He is currently a professor and internship coordinator at CIB Culinary Institute of Barcelona, where he teaches and promotes the internationalization of students’ professional experience.
