Marcas de Restauración is holding the 2026 edition of Restaurant Trends, the annual meeting of organized restaurant industry executives in Spain, within the framework of HIP – Horeca Professional Expo on February 17, 2026.
Restaurant Trends is the landmark annual event on branded restaurant trends, held within the framework of the HIP trade fair. It is an essential meeting point for CEOs, marketing directors, and industry leaders who seek to anticipate what’s coming and connect with the key factors that will shape the future of the industry.
Throughout its history, the event has established itself as the sector’s major meeting hub — a space to discover innovative projects, new brands entering the Spanish market, and European restaurant models that are transforming the way the business is understood.
