On this 10th anniversary of HIP, we celebrate the 8th Delivery Summit. In 2017, food delivery was just a minor aspect of the hospitality landscape, but by 2019, the rapid growth of takeout and delivery sales had become undeniable, prompting the creation of the summit—which, after seven editions, is now fully established.
Food Delivery features in many HIP talks and summits, as its impact reaches the entire value chain. However, it is at the Delivery Summit where we focus 100% on reflecting on the reality of this business segment and the most relevant innovations.
