Yong Wu Nagahira

Born in Paris in 1989 with Chinese and Japanese roots, Yong Wu Nagahira moved to Spain in 2002. After studying Business Administration and working outside the kitchen, he returned to his true passion, shaped by a family hospitality background. In Madrid, he trained under Masaya Ohama, a leading figure in Japanese cuisine and former head chef of Ginza. In 2018 he opened Ikigai (Flor Baja, near Gran Vía), a Japan-based concept enriched by French and Spanish influences—contemporary, product-driven, technical and creative, without dogma.
