He trained at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, completing a Haute Cuisine chef diploma. He then completed a three-month internship at Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, Scotland’s first two-Michelin-starred restaurant and a long-standing institution within British fine dining. He now works there full-time as a commis chef. He interned for three months at Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles and now works there full-time as a commis chef.
