In my professional career I have worked in the restaurant sector, leading the direct and indirect purchasing team of multinational groups and managing the supply chain of own and third party brands. I am passionate about purchasing and in this new professional stage I have had the opportunity to diversify my professional experience by joining the management team of Hoteles Vincci, in the Corporate Purchasing area.
