Joel Castanyé

Executive chef and co-owner of La Boscana since 2009. I grew up at Resquitx, where my vocation was born and my link to events began. I trained at the Lleida School of Hospitality and at Sant Pol de Mar, and refined my craft with Jean-Louis Neichel, Xavier Pellicer and elBulli Catering. At La Boscana I reinterpret Catalan cuisine through a contemporary lens, with sustainability at the core, giving fruit a vital role in fine dining.
