With his brothers, Josep and Jordi, he runs El Celler de Can Roca, recognized as the best restaurant in the world in 2013, 2015 and 2019. His cuisine combines tradition and modernity, standing out for its focus on controlled vacuum cooking. In addition to his success in gastronomy, Joan is a promoter of research and sustainability, and has been recognized for his educational work and participation in university programs and sustainable development projects.
