Director of Tourism,Culture/Sport at CEOE, where she also serves as Secretary of the Tourism Council and the Culture/Sport Commission. She holds a degree in Tourism and a Master’s in Tourism Management/Planning from the University of the Balearic Islands. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism sector,she has held senior roles at Iberostar and led key business associations,including as Executive President of the Mallorca Hotel Federation.She has completed executive programs at IESE,ESADE,ICADE, Fundación CEDE and Sheffield Hallam University,and actively contributes to tourism policy/strategic dialogue at national/international levels
