Hugo Muñoz

After working in spaces such as Viridiana, Kabuki Wellington or KaButoKaji, he became a key player in the Larrumba and Carbón Negro groups, creating concepts such as UMO. In November 2021, he undertook his own project: Ugo Chan, a space where he reflects his ability to sign a unique fu-sion cuisine, under a project that represents, in reality, a new format of haute cuisine.
