Guillermo Salgado
I work in the F&B department at Minor Hotels for Southern Europe and the United States. With more than 25 years in the company, I began my career in the kitchen area, where I served as Head Chef for over a decade. I later joined the Operations department.
As Executive Chef, I have led the company’s R&D efforts, designing the gastronomic offering and the presentation standards for breakfasts, room service, and MICE proposals across the group’s various brands. I have extensive experience in team and process management, and I maintain a creative mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning.
