Gary Llempen

Gary Llempén is founder and CEO of Grupo Ceviche, a restaurant group specialized in Peruvian cuisine and one of the main drivers behind the rise of this gastronomy in Spain. With more than 20 years of experience, he leads brands such as Ceviche 103, Pollos Rikos and Cholito Lindo. An expert in management and innovation in Food & Beverage, he combines his business role with teaching and mentoring, sharing his time between Spain and Peru, where he promotes a strong social venture focused on health and child nutrition.
