Moderator of the “Talent in Procurement” panel at the AERCE Summit during HIP 2026 and faculty member at AERCE Business School. I bring a strategic perspective to talent development within Procurement, helping leaders and teams think with greater rigour, make decisions with stronger judgement and strengthen the capabilities that influence cost, risk and value. I combine strategic analysis, emotional intelligence and AI-enabled leadership to elevate the quality of executive conversations in high-pressure environments.
