I’m an entrepreneur by nature, and my interest in driving new concepts and creating opportunities led me to open ConGusto Consulting. I always look one step ahead, at innovation, trends, and what the market truly needs. I handle the vision of hospitality and retail businesses, their organizational development, creativity and commercial scope, and growing people in the organization. I’m very hands-on and I love the day-to-day. I enjoy improving businesses with new concepts, hotel F&B, and human teams.
