Sean Alexander Hartley

Sean Hartley studied Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow before moving into the world of professional cooking. He trained at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, completing a Haute Cuisine chef diploma.

He then completed a three-month internship at Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, Scotland’s first two-Michelin-starred restaurant and a long-standing institution within British fine dining. He now works there full-time as a commis chef.
