Lara Roguez

Lara Roguez is a chef and entrepreneur, founder of Abarike and Abarike Gastronomía SL, based in Gijón, Spain. Her work focuses on Cantabrian seafood, marine traceability, and sustainable management applied to high-end cuisine. Her restaurant has been recognized by the Michelin Guide and Guía Repsol, and her project has received awards for sustainability and best gastronomic concept at major industry congresses. She combines the leadership of Abarike with events, consultancy work, and national and international speaking engagements.
