Beatriz Santillana

Beatriz Santillana is the co-founder of Street Smash Burgers, a brand born in Lisbon in 2024 that has become one of Southern Europe’s most recognized smash burger concepts. An engineer by background and a perfectionist by nature, she leads the project’s creative vision, strategy, marketing, product, and brand building, from in-store experience and storytelling to design and creative direction. Passionate about gastronomy, she sees hospitality as a discipline where detail and precision are everything.
