Rafa Recuenco

Rafa Recuenco (Valencia, 1989) is the co-founder and Expansion Director of Gastroadictos, the Valencian restaurant group behind venues such as Bar Mistela, Bar Cassalla and La Sastrería.
Passionate about fine dining, design, and detail, he drives new projects from the initial idea to opening: location, concept, architecture, and bar experience. His work aims to create lively, authentic spaces with a gastronomic soul, designed for true food addicts.
