Ivan Frutos

With over 18 years dedicated to the hospitality industry, he specializes in guiding leaders and teams toward breaking myths and transforming paradigms to foster leadership skills and healthy teams. Additionally, he serves as the European Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, an organization committed to combating the stigma of mental health in the hospitality sector. He is a professor in the Master’s in Restaurant Management at Barcelona Culinary HUB and Talent Class.
