Beatriz Martin

Beatriz Martín is a biologist with extensive knowledge in sustainability. She holds a Master’s degree in High Management in Policy and Strategy of Tourist Destinations, developed by the UNWTO in collaboration with the *Universitat Oberta de Catalunya* (UOC), as well as a Master’s degree in Environmental Strategies and Management from the *Universitat de València*. She specializes in gastronomic tourism with the Basque Culinary Center. She currently manages several Tourism Sustainability Plans at the destination level, with a central focus on wine and gastronomic tourism.
