Nutritionist from Madrid with a passion for gastronomy and innovation, Raquel has over eight years of experience in the food sector. After studying at the Basque Culinary Center, she began her professional career at the University of Copenhagen and later at Unilever Netherlands, where she led end‑to‑end innovation projects.
